The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are incredible. the staff is great. the location is absolutely perfect for exploring Cancun. It is in a gorgeous area. They have a great restaurant for lunch and dinner, which was a definite bonus.

I recently stayed at the Hilton in Cancun for a week-long vacation and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and located in a secure area. The restaurant offered a great variety of food options, and the buffet had fresh menus for lunch and dinner. The staff were friendly and efficient, particularly Jorge and Felipe at the pool bar, and Paul the bell boy. The heated pool and kids pool were perfect for relaxation and fun. I also appreciated the free transportation to the city, despite the limited schedule. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
